Meet Laura

 

Hi, I’m Laura, a Registered Dietitian and founder of The Endometriosis Dietitian, an online nutrition practice specialising in endometriosis and gut health.

For over 15 years, I’ve supported hundreds of women to better understand their symptoms and feel more confident and in control of their health through personalised, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle guidance.

As a women’s health and FODMAP-trained dietitian, and someone who lives with endometriosis and IBS, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate chronic symptoms and conflicting advice.

My approach is practical, personalised, and non-restrictive. I take the time to understand your health history, symptoms, and goals so we can create a plan that feels realistic, flexible, and supportive of your body.
