Eat in a way that supports your body
and helps you
live well
with endometriosis.
As a dietitian specialising in
endometriosis, I help women reduce
pain, calm bloating, and improve energy
with realistic, nourishing nutrition, without restrictive diets.
Are you longing for fewer flare-ups, more steady energy, and digestion that feels easier to manage?
You may have spent years trying to explain your symptoms - feeling unheard, unsure what to try next, or dissatisfied with the support available. Perhaps you’ve received a diagnosis, but the support options offered don’t quite feel right for you.
You’ve tried different diets, cut out foods you enjoy, and still deal with flare-ups, bloating, or unpredictable digestion. It’s natural to want a more sustainable way to feel good in your body again.
There's a gentler way forward...
Managing endometriosis doesn’t have to mean strict food rules or constant restriction.
With the right support, it’s possible to better understand your symptoms and make changes that feel realistic, flexible, and sustainable.

As a dietitian specialising in endometriosis, I help women reduce pain, calm bloating, and improve energy with realistic, nourishing nutrition - without restrictive diets.
Living with ongoing pain and fatigue doesn’t have to define your everyday life. You deserve support that helps you feel more confident in your body and your choices.
As someone who lives with endometriosis myself, I understand how challenging this can be. I’ve dedicated my career to helping women manage their symptoms through a practical, personalised, and evidence-based approach.
"My only regret is that I didn't work with Laura sooner - it would have saved me over 20 years of painful and embarrassing symptoms".
Meet Laura
Hi! I’m Laura, a Registered Dietitian and founder of The Endometriosis Dietitian, an online nutrition practice specialising in endometriosis and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
For over 15 years, I’ve supported hundreds of women to manage symptoms and feel more in control of their health through personalised, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle support.
As a women’s health and FODMAP-trained dietitian, and someone who lives with endometriosis and IBS myself, I understand how overwhelming it can be to navigate chronic symptoms and conflicting advice.
I take a personalised approach, getting to know your health history, symptoms, and goals so we can create a plan that’s realistic, flexible, and tailored to you.
My focus is on sustainable, non-restrictive nutrition that supports your body, not strict diets or one-size-fits-all solutions.
I’d love to support you on your journey.

How we can work together
Endometriosis looks different for everyone, which means support should never be one-size-fits-all.

A focused, in-depth 75-minute consultation designed to give you personalised insight and confidence with managing your endometriosis. We’ll explore your symptoms, lifestyle, and nutrition together, answer your questions, and create a flexible plan that helps you feel clearer and more in control of your body - without restrictive diet rules.
Ongoing nutrition coaching designed to support you over time. With regular check-ins, tailored meal planning, and between-session support, including practical resources and guided activities, you’ll have ongoing guidance as you refine your approach, notice patterns, and build confidence managing your endometriosis at your own pace.
